RETURN & CANCELLATIONS
* We cannot accept return and exchanges, because all items are made to order. However, we will refund or replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. Such as sending incorrect color, size etc.
* We do accept cancellations within 1 hour after your purchase.
* Please note, that we process the orders within 1-3 business days. Once we drop off your package at the USPS facility, we have no control over the package. Therefore, we will NOT be responsible for items delayed by USPS and will not issue refund for items not received by a certain date.
